Happy New Year! I hope everybody had an awesome NYE & new years :-)
As for me, I ate Japanese curry (for some reason, it's been our family tradition that we eat Japanese curry on NYE) and Toshi-koshi soba (traditional Japanese noodles that we eat in celebration of the upcoming new year) as my last meals of the year 2010.
Despite celebrating my coming-of-age last year, I still received some new-years money from my parents & relatives...haha :-) Gotta save up some though!

So here are my new years' resolutions:
- get a graphic design-related internship in the states
- travel to places that I've never been before
- try not to rely too much on concealer & foundation (...truthfully)
- improve my Mandarin Chinese
- read more English & Japanese books
- live everyday, every hour, every minute, every second like there's no tomorrow

I really hope I can accomplish everything that I listed there...Erase that, I WILL accomplish everything that I listed there!

Last but not least...my very first meal of the 2011. Chinese-style osechi (a traditional Japanese new years dish) and zouni (a soup containing Japanese mochi rice-cakes). Chinese-style because sadly none of our family really eats the authentic Japanese osechi...haha.
